Fresh local ingredients bring farm to table with our made from scratch menu and warm service bring out the best in classic Italian favorites. Donna is the heart and soul of Salute’ Taverna. In the late 1990s she had a vision of a classic Italian award winning restaurant, dedicated to building a memory of a fun, energetic establishment, with old world charm.

Donna worked hard day in day out to bring life to her vision. The reality became clear as friends and family came to expect only the freshest Italian food, surrounded by the warmth in a neighborhood many call home. Donna continues to shop locally for the freshest of ingredients, and the freshest quality of foods.
